Debora Zecchini is the General Manager of Chianti Il Ristorante in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. She comes to this role with years of experience in almost all facets if the restaurant business in both California and New York.
Upon her arrival in New York in 2000 Debora joined her brother at Chianti on Broadway. She then assisted in the opening of Forno Bistro in 2004. She facilitated successful private events at Luna Lounge before returning to her New York Restaurant roots at Chianti, this time in a its new location and as its General Manager.
Debora has known and worked with Fabrizio Bazzani, Chianti’s Executive Chef since their days in David’s restaurant La Fontana, in California. It is this long history as colleagues and friends that affords the wonderful blend of fine cuisine and wonderful hospitality that our guests receive at Chianti. Debora grew up in Rome, Italy and brings that cultural knowledge and passion for everything she does to her role as the General Manager at Chianti.
