Jeremy Ganisin grew up in Malta, NY and has been working in restaurants since he was young. Jeremy attended Siena College and obtained a degree in Marketing Management. Jeremy worked at the Publik House in Malta, NY for 14 years and gained invaluable restaurant experience in all aspects of the business. In 2007, Jeremy moved across the country to accept a position as the Assistant General Manager at the Anaheim Hills Country Club in Orange County, CA. After receiving the highest reviews as an AGM, Jeremy was promoted to the club’s banquet department and handled events thereafter. Jeremy moved back to upstate New York in 2009 and took the General Manager position at the Cooperstown Country Club, a seasonal sailing and tennis club.
Seeking a more permanent, year-long position, Jeremy applied with DZ Restaurants in December 2009 and opened Pasta Pane as a Manager in February 2010.
